The leather patch Process
Natural Vegtan Leather
We use leather sourced in the USA. It is naturally vegetable tanned and shipped to our shop. The leather is engraved and cut to any shape using our lasers.
Heat Applied Patches
Our patches are coated with a natural protective oil to ensure a long lasting hat. The patches are heat applied with adhesive. We can cut any shape.
