Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing or color choice
Errors in design or text provided by the customer
Delays in shipping or delivery

We highly recommend that our customers carefully review their orders before submitting them to ensure accuracy. If there is an issue with an order that was the result of an error on our part, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation and ensure that our customer is satisfied.
